Description 
A Mindfulness Meditation Based, Therapeutic Group 
for Women and Men Survivors of Abuse & Trauma 
(including childhood abuse and other adverse childhood experiences, natural or 
human-caused disasters, armed conflicts, political terror, domestic violence, violent crime, oppression, etc) Meets one evening a week for approximately 10 weeks with a full day Saturday retreat. Helpful to have completed prior individual or group work on the issue of trauma.
