Description	A Mindfulness Meditation Based, Therapeutic Group  for Women and Men Survivors of Abuse & Trauma  (including childhood abuse and other adverse childhood experiences, natural or  human-caused disasters, armed conflicts, political terror, domestic violence, violent crime, oppression, etc) Meets one evening a week for approximately 10 weeks with a full day Saturday retreat. Helpful to have completed prior individual or group work on the issue of trauma.
Hours	Agency Walk in Counselling Clinics Available  Mississauga: Tuesdays 12:30-7:30pm  Brampton: Thursdays 12:30-7:30pm

Fees	Program - Sliding scale - based on family income, will not refuse service if unable to pay
