| Description | Offers assessments, single session counselling and referral to appropriate hospital and/or community resources for adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis. This can include (but not exclusive to) people suffering from depression, anxiety, suicidal, situational crisis, relationship difficulties, stress, family crisis, addiction issues, anger management or situational crisis. The team is mutliprofessional; including both social workers and nurses. | |||
