Description	EDEN PLACE provides opportunities for any consumer/survivor of the mental health system (or with a mental illness or mental health difficulties) to: build self-esteem, reduce isolation, live to their fullest potential and play a meaningful role in the community through: outreach, self-help, social recreation and support.    OUTREACH: Provides a variety of Self-Help groups within Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon for those individuals looking for support from others in the community experiencing similar situations in relation to depression, mood disorders and anxiety.    DROP-IN CENTRE: Provides social recreation and informal support to members, advocacy as requested, education, paid opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities. Holds monthly members' meeting to plan, discuss changes, organize special events, etc. Provides information and referral lists on request; includes researching resources available.
