Description YAIJ is a Black youth-led, federally registered non-profit, supporting the interests (education, entrepreneurship, housing, and technology) of racialized youth with intellectual and/or developmental dis/abilities (I/DD). We do this through community-based projects, employment programs, public speaking engagements, and youth participatory action research. Youth, ages 15-30, are our only focus. We're the only nonprofit agency of its kind in Canada.
