| Description | The Passport Mentoring Initiative is an opportunity for students, who have an intellectual disability, to explore ideas for their future after leaving school. Mentors work with a student in various ways: *Providing information regarding their area of expertise/role in the community *Introduction to a role by exploring the relevant workplace *Opportunity for hands-on experience and skill development via mentoring This initiative is available to students between the ages of 14 and 21 who wish to learn more about an area of interest or to be introduced to members of their community who have similar interests. | |||
