DescriptionScouts is an education movement that seeks to help young people in their development through games, teamwork, sharing, appreciation of nature, and community service. * Provides an opportunity for francophone young people, who are a minority in the region, to participate in camps and activities organized by Scouts of the District of Toronto to meet other francophone Scouts in the region*  
Scouts is an education movement which compliments home and family. It encourages young people in the areas of self-knowledge, self-development, and in learning. It is open to everyone without discrimination of race, or beliefs in compliance with the principals and methods established by its founder, Lord Robert Baden-Powell. * Scouts contributes to the physical, intellectual, moral and spiritual development of young people and teaches them better understanding between generations
Hours*Mon-Fri 10am-2pm
Dates* September-June
Areas ServedBrampton ; Mississauga
EligibilityAges: 7 year(s) - 18 year(s)
FeesMembership - $200-$300, depending on the level the child is registered in
LanguagesEnglish ; French
Meetings* One night per week between 6:45 pm and 8:30 pm  
Usually Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday depending on the level the child is registered in.  
* Parents committee meetings 4 times per year 
The meetings are at two locations: 
- For Brampton, the gymnasium at l'école Sainte-jeanne-d'Arc, 25 Laurelcrest St., Brampton 
- For Mississauga, the gymnasium at l'école René-Lamoureux, 375 Meadows Blvd, Mississauga
