DescriptionScouts is an education movement that is completing school and family * encourages young people to know themselves, grow, and get new knowledge * open to everyone without any discrimination about the race, the beliefs in compliance to the principals and methods established by it's promotor, Lors Robert Baden-Powell. * Contirbutes to the physical, intellectual, moral and spiritual development of young people.
