| Description | The Adult Protective Service Worker works with adults 18 and older who have a developmental disability and are living on their own in the community. The worker will assist the individual to identify their strengths and needs and provide support, problem-solving, and life skills. Coordination and case management are also provided along with advocacy and guidance to the appropriate community resources.
