| Description | This service offers family-centred intervention to families of infants and young children to 6 years (living in Peel) with developmental risks. In-home or office visits (individual and group based), consultation, assessment and screening, service coordination, intervention, counselling and community education are provided. Resources available include: toy and equipment library; book library. Student placements are offered in specific instances. Infant and Child Development Services Peel participates in community planning and activities described in Making Services Work for People, and through Success By 6 Peel and the Best Start Network.
