Description & Services
Description	The Post Natal Support Centre provides assessment and support for women and newborns following discharge from the hospital. This is a joint program with Peel Public Health Nurses and Trillium Health Centre Registered Nurses with lactation consultant certification. Mothers who have experienced a Caesarian birth may have their staples removed in the Centre.
Hours	* Mon,Wed, Fri 9am-4pm   * Tues ,Thur 9 am-9 pm   * Sat , Sun & holidays 8:30am-4:30pm
Areas Served	Peel Region
Eligibility	Mothers and babies who delivered at the hospital or live in the community
Application	Mothers who deliver at Trillium Health Centre are referred by hospital staff
