| Description | Provides support to children who have an intellectual disability and their families, to promote the successful inclusion of children into community childcare programs. Resource teachers provide service coordination support to families, and develop Individual Program Plans in partnership with community childcare staff, and other professionals. This service is provided through consultation visits to the childcare centre, and home visits with the child's family. | |||
