| Description | This program oversees the management of CCS volunteers. Volunteers are integrated into every program and business operation of the agency. Volunteers are recruited through various outreach strategies and retained by being integrally involved in defining agency priorities in the area of emerging community services. Volunteers process donations at CCS stores, mentor clients based on personal experiences, drive ill/elderly people to appointments, serve on Advisory Committees, Board sub-committees and the Board of Directors. Volunteers are a driving force of talent and commitment to capacity-building for the Caledon community. | |||
