Description	Participants referred to Goodwill’s REACH Employment complete a 20-week, paid work placement $10.25/hour working 24 hours/week and up to 24 weeks of job search activities (Employment Placement) before being linked to permanent employment in the community. While at Goodwill, they develop skills through a combination of on-the-job training and workshops, and are encouraged to learn alternative ways of handling workplace situations using real work experiences. The work experience and skills gained as a Goodwill REACH Employee are designed to assist individuals in finding and keeping employment after leaving Goodwill.

Eligibility	Ages: 18 year(s) and up    REACH Employment opportunities are available to individuals who are:    • Currently receiving assistance through Ontario Works  • Motivated to work and interested in Retail/Customer Service or Janitorial Services   • 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to work in Canada   • Able to work at one of our participating locations  • Available and willing to work variable shifts including days, evenings and weekends  (Saturdays, Sundays and some Holidays)  • Willing and able to work up to 24 hours per week at $10.25/hr  • Able to participate in up to six hours of unpaid training per week to address barriers to  employment  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the job (completion of a medical by a  physician, ensuring they are able to perform the essential duties of the job is required)  • Legally entitled to work in Canada – Valid Work Permit / S.I.N. card  • Able to provide Police Clearance and Medical Report  • Able to present current valid banking information
