DescriptionPeel HIV/AIDS Network (PHAN) is committed to serving diverse people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS, and to limiting the spread of the virus through support, education, advocacy and volunteerism * provides community education * speakers bureau by people infected with/affected by HIV/AIDS * resource centre * health promotion information for people living with HIV/AIDS * targeted prevention education in the community * one to one counselling and support * peer support * financial assistance * groups for those infected with/affected by HIV/AIDS, their caregivers and bereaved * street outreach for drug users * community referrals for legal, financial, medical and other services * serves as a fixed site for Peel Works Needle Exchange program
Services offered include:Peel HIV/AIDS Network (PHAN) is committed to serving people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS, and to limiting the spread of the virus through support, education, advocacy and volunteerism.

Community Education; 
Speakers Bureau for community presentations by people infected with/affected by HIV/AIDS; 
Resource centre providing brochures, books, journals, articles, videos and condoms;  
Health promotion information for people living with HIV/AIDS; 
Targeted prevention education in the community; 
One to one counselling and support; 
Peer support; 
Rides to appointments;  
Financial assistance;  
Support groups for those infected with/affected by HIV/AIDS, caregivers and bereaved;  
Buddy support;  
Care teams for ill individuals;  
Street outreach for drug users;  
Community referrals for legal, financial, medical and other services;  
Also serves as a fixed site for Peel Works Needle Exchange program.
