Description	Peel Access to Housing (PATH), is the central access point for people who apply for subsidized housing in Peel.  Provides ongoing customer services to those on the wait list.  Monitors the subsidy wait list for over 46 housing providers.  Subsidized housing wait lists are governed by legislation (Housing Services Act).  Subsidized rent is calculated based on income, and is about 30% of the gross monthly household income.  Applications for subsidized housing can be made by phone, mail, online at www.peelregion.ca/hsapply, or can be picked up at either of our offices located at 7120 Hurontario St, Mississauga or 10 Peel Centre Dr, Suite B, Brampton.   The Region of Peel provides a coordinated and integrated response to the complex challenges of homelessness.  Market Rentals units are available at the market (non-subsidized) rate directly through the housing provider.
