| Services offered include: | Please note: TRILLIUM'S QUEENSWAY SITE DOES NOT HAVE AN EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT. The Queensway Care Centre provides urgent care services 14 hours a day (8:00am-10:00pm). A 24-hour Emergency Care Centre is located at the Mississauga Site, 100 Queensway West Mississauga. (5 kilometres from the Queensway Site) A regional centre for Stroke, Neurosurgery, and Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence, and a provincial centre for Cardiac Services, Trillium also offers the largest concentration of critical care services in Canada. With a specialized focus on women's and children's health services, the Family Care Centre, the first of its kind to be located in a hospital setting in Canada, brings all these services together under one child-friendly roof. Services offered include: Cardiac Services; Complex Continuing Care Services; Diagnostic Services; Emergency Services; Medicine; Mental Health; Neurosciences and Musculoskeletal Services; Surgical Services; Women's Services; Children's Services; and other health services The Mississauga Site houses all the Health Centre's inpatient services and has 751 acute, rehabilitation and chronic care beds. This Site also has a 24-hour Emergency Care Centre which is the busiest in the country. The Queensway Site offers the largest freestanding day surgery facility in North America as well as a 14-hour Urgent Care Centre. Both sites are supported by a full complement of diagnostic, laboratory and pharmaceutical services. | |||
