The centre operates a wide variety of programs, some residential and some day programs. Also operates residential housing off-site in several areas around Toronto. 
 
On site services include: 
Supportive housing apartments for Deaf and Deaf-blind seniors; day program; literacy programs for Deaf adults; preschool for Deaf children; support program for parents with newly diagnosed infants; Early Years Centre for the local community (including deaf parents and children); and residential and day programs for Deaf adults with complex needs. 
 
Also offers American Sign Language (ASL) classes to the general public of all ages.

Located in the Milton/Halton Hills area. Provides a variety of care and support to deaf children and adults with a variety of needs including troubled youth, developmentally delayed and Deaf plus individuals, youth and adults with behavioral, emotional or psychiatric problems, young offenders and dually diagnosed individuals. Residential and day services. 
Also offers American Sign Language classes to residents of Halton and surrounding areas.

Interdenominational Christian camp located south of Parry Sound, offering worship programs, spiritual services, counselling and Bible camp. 
 
BOB RUMBALL HOME FOR THE DEAF 
Located in Barrie, this 64 bed long-term care home is specially designed for the care of deaf or deaf-blind residents.

A rental facility for meetings and small gatherings. All proceeds from the rental of this meeting facility go towards the Ontario Mission for the Deaf (OCD).

416-463-1104 Silent Voice Canada is a not-for-profit organization providing services to deaf children, adults and families in ASL (American Sign Language). Services & Programs offered include: 
* Special assistance A Deaf community worker is available for special assistance to deaf adults at the office (Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm) * Services provided include filling out English forms, making voice telephone calls or making community referrals 
* The Family Communication Program (FCP) for families with a deaf family member. Silent Voice matches families with a deaf native signer who goes to the family's home to introduce the family to sign language and Deaf culture * Tax Clinic in cooperation with the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants, offers a tax clinic where deaf people receive help with their annual Revenue Canada tax return * The Saturday Program is an extension of SLSP throughout the school year at a local Community Centre * structured for children (5-12yrs) with all signing abilities. 
* Sign Language Summer Program (SLSP) a summer day camp in American Sign Language for deaf children and hearing children who have deaf parents, sisters or brothers and is structured for children (6-14yrs) with all signing abilities * The Youth Program 
an ongoing program to Deaf Youth (13yrs & over)
