Refugee Sponsorship Training Program - The RSTP is a program designed to support the Sponsorship Agreement Holders (SAHs) of Canada, their Constituent Groups, Groups of Five and Community Sponsors interested in sponsoring refugees. 
 
Supportive Services for Women - provides supportive counselling to newcomer women who are experiencing domestic violence * services are linguistically and culturally sensitive for the clients * provides individual crisis intervention counselling with no waiting list * information & referral services * support groups for recently separated/divorced women * workshops on self-esteem, anger management, assertiveness, job-search, stress management, health alternatives, parenting and more * networking for isolated women through groups * free non-judgmental, confidential support * helps victims of violence to identify and examine their options in order to survive and work through their crisis * accompanies victims to hospitals, police stations or to court and advocates on their behalf when necessary * refers client to other agencies or professionals when appropriate * responds to women of all cultures in culturally sensitive environment through many

Language Instruction For Newcomers To Canada (LINC) Program - full time and evening English classes (Literacy to Level 7) * free for permanent residents, convention refugees and live-in caregivers * child minding for pre-school children for registered students

Enhanced Language Training (ELT) - intended for internationally trained professionals who have prior training in IT, engineering, business administration, customer service,and healthcare * 3-part course (in class sector specific language training, one-on-one workplace preparation with a job developer; six weeks of unpaid job placement in a Canadian company) * day time and night time classes offered * full time and part time

Settlement Services - information on and referral * interpretation and translation * interpretation over the phone and/or in person to facilitate access to programs and services such as social assistance, medical care and legal services * case management services for underserved and high needs clients * career and employment counselling * short term supportive counselling * crisis intervention
