905-857-3313 The Fitness Centre includes a 10,000 square foot field house surrounded by a three lane rubberized running track. The field house consists of a fully equipped weight and cardio training area. There are two international squash courts and a fitness program room featuring a sprung hardwood floor. Fitness programs include step classes, boxercise, yoga, pilates, TaeKwonDo, ballroom and bellydance. 
Wellness, lifestyle and professional services include nutrition counselling, healthy cooking classes, Red Cross first aid/CPR training, foot care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, personal training and cardiac rehabilitation. 
Small meeting space rental available. The Centre includes a youth centre and an aquatics centre.  
Just outside are Ralph's Rink and John's Rink, which are a multi-use pads, serving as basketball courts during summer months, and ice rinks in the winter. 
New to the Centre in 2005 is the Snoezelen Multi-Sensory Room, filled with colourful objects, images, pleasant sounds, gentle vibrations and interesting aromas, for those people who have sensory or learning disabilities.

1) Cross Country Skiing and Tobogganing - 27 km of groomed, track set cross country trails. Refreshment facilities. Offers trails for beginners, intermediate, expert-level with ski rentals and heated chalet.  
 
2) Camping - Family & group camping. Over 230 campsites most with water and electrical hookups. Nightly, weekly, monthly and seasonal rates.

At the crossroads of the Oak Ridges Moraine and Niagara Escarpment, Glen Haffy offers spectacular vistas of rolling hills and green valleys. Glen Haffy is known for its trout fishing ponds, which are stocked regularly from the fish hatcheries located at Glen Haffy. Fishing equipment is available for rent, as well as group picnic sites. There are hiking trails to explore that meander through forested areas.  
Those avid about fly fishing can join the Glen Haffy Flyfishing Club, and receive a key to the park and free access to the facility. Other benefits of joining this club are access to row boats, the log cabin and barbeque. Organized groups are welcome to rent trout ponds.

905-584-2272 The Caledon Trailway runs 35 km from Terra Cotta to Palgrave, following the path of an abandoned rail line that once linked Hamilton with Barrie. The trail crosses major natural features including the Humber and Credit Rivers, the Oak Ridges Moraine and Niagara Escarpment. This is a multi-use trail for walking/jogging, cycling, horseback riding and cross-country skiing. Trail surface is not maintained in winter. 
 
The land was purchased in 1989 by the Town of Caledon, and became the first officially-designated portion of the Trans Canada Trail in 1995. In 1996, Caledon East received Canada's first Trans Canada Trail Pavilion, built in a park that also features a pond, wetland and Caledon's Walk of Fame. Along the trail are other Stationlands Parks at Palgrave, Cheltenham and Inglewood. The sites feature gardens, open areas, and seating.

* trail from Airport Road to Mountainview Road, including the Trans Canada Trail Pavilion Park, is fully accessible. All other parts of the trail have gates at road crossings, with low sections to allow wheel chairs, strollers, etc. to be lifted over. 
* Parking for at least 1 or 2 cars is available at most road crossings. 
* Larger parking areas are at McLoughlin Rd in Inglewood, Ken Whillans Resource Mgmt Area at the Hwy 10 pedestrian bridge (free for trail users), Town Hall and Community Complex on Old Church Rd. in Caledon East, and at Gore Road.

416-699-7167 ext. 336 Children in Motion & Youth in Motion are programs that introduce children ages 3 to 13 & 14 to 21 to sports and recreational activities. The programs are tailored to the needs of every child in the class, focusing on the fundamentals of physical activity, including balance,  
co-ordination, agility and flexibility. Classes are both integrated and fun. Every child has a chance to develop their fine and gross motor skills through different activities, such as adapted hockey, basketball and obstacle courses. 
 
Children in Motion will focus on children’s activities, themes, music and stories. Activities will be planned to fit the participant’s appropriate age group and will be modified to suit the abilities & interests of those individuals attending. 
Some weeks may involve a “carry over” of themes to allow for skill development the first week, a refresher of skills and possible game the following week. 
 
Youth in Motion will focus on young adult activities, themes, music and sports. Activities will be planned to fit the participant’s appropriate age group and will be modified to suit the abilities & interests of those individuals attending.
