905-857-3313 The Fitness Centre includes a 10,000 square foot field house surrounded by a three lane rubberized running track. The field house consists of a fully equipped weight and cardio training area. There are two international squash courts and a fitness program room featuring a sprung hardwood floor. Fitness programs include step classes, boxercise, yoga, pilates, TaeKwonDo, ballroom and bellydance. 
Wellness, lifestyle and professional services include nutrition counselling, healthy cooking classes, Red Cross first aid/CPR training, foot care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, personal training and cardiac rehabilitation. 
Small meeting space rental available. The Centre includes a youth centre and an aquatics centre.  
Just outside are Ralph's Rink and John's Rink, which are a multi-use pads, serving as basketball courts during summer months, and ice rinks in the winter. 
New to the Centre in 2005 is the Snoezelen Multi-Sensory Room, filled with colourful objects, images, pleasant sounds, gentle vibrations and interesting aromas, for those people who have sensory or learning disabilities.

Children must have either a diagnosed psychiatric condition, or significant symptoms or unusual behaviour indicative of a psychiatric condition. Treatment may include individual, family or group therapy, psychiatric assessment, psychological testing and medication consultation and follow up. Services also include community outreach, education and collaboration with other agencies and schools. 
 
 
This service is one of six agencies to launch a ONE PHONE NUMBER approach to enable easier access to mental health services in the community for children and youth. 
 
Current waiting period is 2-3 months.
